First off, do not hesitate if customer service is of concern....Initially I had a small issue regarding the shipping address, but it was resolved immediately. All correspondence answered very quickly, put me at ease. The leather is full grain,and very soft in comparison to my more expensive duffel.The Cortes is a deep bag, and can take loads of kit. All in all,worth the money,and service levels to match.

Just got my order. With DHL International I was able to track it from the warehouse to my front door, so thanks for using a decent shipping company. The bag itself was packed without any unnecessary packaging, so that was positive too. Quality wise I like the feel of the leather and the stitching seems to be done very well too. I had to vacuum the inside of the bag as it still had a few cotton strings here and there, but not a big issue. I will order more in the future for sure :)
