Every MAHI is backed by an industry-leading one-year warranty and instant replacement guarantee.

Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please note: returns do not apply to personalised items or corporate orders of 10 units or more.

What’s Covered In Our Warranty

  • Tears to the external leather structure
  • Straps and grab handles
  • Internal lining
  • Hardware, including zips, pullers, buckles and press studs

What’s Not Covered In Our Warranty

  • General wear and tear
  • Overloading or accidental damage (including water damage — our bags can handle rain, but not a bath)
  • Natural ageing of leather, including patina, scratches and burnishing
