What if my package arrives late?
Transit times are based on recent orders and may change from time to time. In the event of a late delivery, we'll do all we can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible.
In the event of significant delays or missing packages, MAHI will re-send the order at no cost.

- MAHI does not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised orders but where the bag is found to be faulty it will be replaced at no charge.
