What is MAHI REWARDS?
MAHI REWARDS is our free rewards program that gives you the opportunity to earn points on all your purchases, get points as a treat on your birthday + many more! You can then redeem these points as discount vouchers. Join MAHI REWARDS now to get started!
Who can join?
Our program is open to anyone who creates an account on our site.
The great news is, if you already have an account with MAHI you will have been automatically enrolled onto our rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 100 points just by having a MAHI REWARDS account. You're then eligible to earn points on all your purchases, by following us on our social platforms, and spreading the word about MAHI. You’ll also get points on your birthday!
Can I earn points on past purchases?
You cannot earn points on purchases made before joining MAHI REWARDS or before it's official launch date on September 30th, 2019.
Can I earn MAHI REWARDS points if I purchase products from another site or retail store?
No you can only earn and redeem reward points exclusively on our website www.mahileather.com.
Do my points ever expire?
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of your purchase or interaction. Each purchase or interaction will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months. If there is no purchase or qualifying activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
How can I check my points balance?
To see your rewards balance you can click the “Rewards” link at the top of the page when logged in.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Any points earned from a returned purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Click on the 'Redeem Points' link. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for your reward.
I can't log in to my account?
Try clicking
“forgot password” to reset your password on our sign-in page. You'll receive an email to your account email address to reset your password. If you still can’t access your account, please contact us at contact@mahileather.com.
I completed an action that should earn me points but they aren't showing in my balance?
In some cases it may take up to 24 hours for points to appear in your account. Also note that in order for points to automatically be credited to your account, you must like & follow us by clicking through the MAHI REWARDS page. If your balance is still incorrect? Please contact us at
contact@mahileather.com.
